The QAA Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the college’s quality standards as prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and manage documentation related to the QAA process.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for faculty and staff as required.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and accreditation standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of quality assurance reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate institutional performance and progress in the accreditation process.
  • Collaborate with faculty, administration, and external bodies to ensure smooth QAA implementation.
  • Stay updated with latest accreditation guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or educational administration (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with UGC guidelines and accreditation procedures.

Exam Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and administration of examinations.
  • Manage and organize exam schedules, seating arrangements, and logistics.
  • Ensure secure handling and distribution of exam materials.
  • Assist in invigilation and supervision during examinations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, results, and other exam-related data.
  • Support the examination team in grading, compiling, and processing results.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth exam operations.
  • Adhere to institutional and regulatory guidelines for exam integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Management, or related discipline preferred).
  • Experience in exam coordination or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exam management systems (preferred).
